National QCWA Nets:
SSB - 14.347 MHz every Sunday at 2000 UTC (2pm CST, 3pm CDT). NCS varies.
CW - 7.035 MHz every Wednesday evening at 7pm local time year round. NCS is Ben, N6SL.
Chapter 36 on Packet
On Feb. 3, 2010, I activated club call W9EGQ on 2m packet radio, using 145.09 MHz. The mailbox was
set to W9EGQ-1 and digipeater was via QCWA36. It was on for about two months until thunderstorm
season started, but due to lack of use it was not returned to service.
THANKS to Chapter 36 members George K9WWT and Tom W8FIB, with the help of their friend John NA9U, who activated our club call sign K9QCW for the CW Sweepstakes on November 7th-8th, 2009.
