Chapter 36 - Northwest Indiana

All amateurs (and spouses) are invited to participate as guests of Chapter 36, so please sign up to the mailing list and join us. But please keep reading below to learn about joining with full membership. You must be a member of the national QCWA for full membership in Chapter 36 (no chapter dues required).

If you were first licensed 25 years ago or more, and if you are currently licensed, you are eligible to join the QCWA. You do not need to have been licensed continuously. All of our Chapter 36 members would be honored if you allow us to be your "sponsor" to join, but sponsorship is not required. The links below allow you to print a membership application that contain Stan/W4SV's sponsorship info pre-printed at the bottom and associates you with Chapter 36.

If you want another person to be your sponsor, or if you want to join without any sponsor (member at-large)... you can use a fill-in-the-blank PDF form directly from the QCWA at http://www.qcwa.org/membership-application-form-us.pdf. No matter how you get there, the QCWA will be glad to have you sign up with them! If you have any questions about the national QCWA, please email the General Manager, , or call (508) 405-1930.

The current cost for membership in the national organization is $25 for 1 year, $40 for 2 years, $55 for 3 years, or $375 for Life Membership (installment plan available for Life Membership... see the application form for details). There is also a one-time $5 fee for initial registration.
